General Information

  1. Due to the settlement regulation in Taiwan, we can only provide confirmed quotes in the New Taiwan Dollar amount.
  2. The actual charged amount in foreign currency may vary depending on the updated exchange rate on your transaction date; for overseas participants, the exact registration fee is subject to the exchange rate on the trade date.
  3. We will confirm your final registration result by email.

Confirmation Letters & Receipt

Confirmation Letter of Sign Up:
We will email the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up once you have created a new account on the online registration system. Please note the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up has yet to complete the registration process; you still need to log in to the online system with your ID and password to fill in the registration form.
Confirmation Letter of Payment:
We will email the Confirmation Letter of Payment once you have completed the registration and payment.
Receipt:
Receipt will be provided on-site.

Cancellation Policy

※Registration fee refund:
  1. Cancellation before October 20, 2024: 100% refund
  2. Cancellation after October 21, 2024: No refund
